铂类药物治疗妇科恶性肿瘤患者的疗效研究

Study on the efficacy of platinum drugs in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumor

目的:探讨铂类药物治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:收治妇科恶性肿瘤患者120例,分两组,对照组给予紫杉醇联合环磷酰胺治疗,观察组给予紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗,对两组患者进行5年随访,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的近期治疗总有效率66.67%,5年生存率58.33%,均远远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:铂类药物治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的临床效果十分显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of platinum drugs in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods:120 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group was treatedwith paclitaxel combined with cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with paclitaxel combined with platinumdrugs.Two groups of patients were followed-up for 5 years.We compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effectResults:The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 66.67%,and 5 year survival rate was 58.33%,whichwas much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of platinum drugs in the treatment ofgynecologic malignant tumors is very significant.
