腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕临床分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕临床效果。方法:手术治疗宫外孕患者58例,分两组,观察组29例行腹腔镜手术,对照组29例行开腹手术,观察、统计两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组平均手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕临床效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:58patients with surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy were selected.They were divided into two groups.The observation group of 29cases of laparoscopic operation.The control group 29 cases of abdominal surger.The operative time,hemorrhage,anal exhaust time,get out of bed activity time,hospitalization time,postoperative complications between groups were observed.Results:The averageoperation time,bleeding volume, anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,and length of stay in the observation group weresignificantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatmentof ectopic pregnancy is significant.
