小切口非超声乳化白内障治疗硬核白内障的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract

目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障治疗硬核白内障的效果。方法:收治硬核白内障患者92例,通过随机数字法将其分成研究组和对照组各46例,对照组采取常规切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗,研究组采取小切口非超声乳化白内障治疗。结果:治疗后,研究组角膜闪光度数明显比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硬核白内障患者采取小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗,效果显著,能有效改善角膜闪光度数,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the treatment ofhard nucleus cataract.Methods:92 patients with hard nuclear cataract were selected.They were divided into the study group andthe control group with 46 cases in each according to the random number method.The control group were treated with theconventional incision extracapsular cataract extraction surgery.The research group take small incision non phacoemulsificationcataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation treatment.Results:After the treatment,the corneal flash degree of the studygroup was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group wassignificantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect fo small incision non phacoemulsificationcataract surgery in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract is significantly,and improve the corneal flash degree effectively,reducethe incidence of complications.
