后路椎管减压复位内固定配合针灸治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折合并截瘫疗效的分析

Curative effect of posterior spinal canal decompression restoration internal fixation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture complicated with paraplegia

目的:探讨后路椎管减压复位内固定配合针灸治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折合并截瘫的临床疗效。方法:收治胸腰椎爆裂骨折合并截瘫患者24例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用后路椎管减压钉棒系统复位内固定配合针灸治疗,对照组采用后路椎管减压钉棒系统复位内固定术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在治疗组,治疗有效率、ASIA感觉评分、ASIA运动评分和FIM评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:后路椎管减压复位内固定配合针灸治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折合并截瘫的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of posterior spinal canal decompression restoration internal fixation combinedwith acupuncture in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture complicated with paraplegia.Methods:24 patients withthoracolumbar burst fracture complicated with paraplegia were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group andthe control group.The treatment group was treated with posterior spinal canal decompression restoration internal fixationcombined with acupuncture.The control group was treated with posterior spinal canal decompression restoration internal fixation.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the treatment efficiency,ASIA sensation score,ASIA sport score and FIM score were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effectof posterior spinal canal decompression restoration internal fixation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of thoracolumbarburst fracture complicated with paraplegia was significant.
