保守治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of conservative treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探究重症急性胰腺炎保守治疗效果。方法:收治重症急性胰腺炎患者47例,予以吸氧、中药、西药以及营养支持等保守治疗,观察疗效。结果:37例治愈,3例死亡,7例保守治疗无效后实施外科手术治疗。结论:临床中针对重症急性胰腺炎患者早期予以保守治疗,可达到较高的治愈率,且能够有效缓解患者的症状。

Objective:To explore the conservative treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:47 patients with severe acutepancreatitis were selected.They were given oxygen,traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and nutritional support andother conservative treatment.The curative effect was observed.Results:3 cases were cured;37 cases died;7 cases were treated withconservative treatment and surgical treatment.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,conservative treatment can achieve a high cure rate,and can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients.
