尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾衰竭研究概况

Research Niaoduqing granules in treatment of chronic renal failure

目的:分析尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效。方法:收治慢性肾衰竭患者104例,分两组,各52例,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以尿毒清颗粒治疗,治疗后观察两组患者治疗相关情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者24 h尿蛋白定量减少,血尿素氮、血肌酐减少(P<0.05)。结论:尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果明确,无明显不良反应,可积极用于临床治疗。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Niaoduqing granules in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:104 patientswith chronic renal failure were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 52 cases.The control group was given routinetreatment.The observation group was given Niaoduqing granules treatment.After treatment,the two groups were observed for therelevant circumstances.Results:Compared with the control group,24 h urinary protein of the observation group was decreased,andblood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Niaoduqing granules in the treatment of chronicrenal failure is effective with no significant adverse reactions.It can be actively used in clinical treatment.
