经阴道彩色多普勒超声在宫内占位病变中的诊断价值分析

Value analysis of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine occupying lesions

目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在宫内占位病变中的诊断价值。方法:收治宫内占位病变患者117例,所有患者行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查和宫腔镜检查,统计两种方法对宫内占位病变的诊断情况。结果:以宫腔镜检查为金标准,经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查符合率88.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);≥50岁、阴道不规则出血或月经量增多、经期延长、RI<0.50均是影响宫内非典型增生及子宫恶性病变的因素(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查应用于宫内占位病变的诊断中,具有一定的实用价值。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterinelesions.Methods: 117 patients with intrauterine occupying lesions were selected.All patients were treated by transvaginal colordoppler ultrasound and hysteroscopy,and we analyzed the diagnostic conditions of intrauterine occupying lesions through the twomethods statistically.Results:We used the hysteroscopy as the gold standard.The diagnostic accordance rate of the transvaginalcolor doppler ultrasound was 88.03% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ≥50 years old,irregular vaginalbleeding or menstrual quantity increased,prolonged menstruation.RI<0.50 are influence intrauterine atypical hyperplasia ofuterus and the evil disease factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterinelesions has a certain practical value.
