电子手术配合资料册在腹腔镜胃癌手术中的应用效果

Application effect of electronic surgery combined with data book in laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery

目的:研究电子手术配合资料册在腹腔镜胃癌手术中的应用效果。方法:收治腹腔镜胃癌手术患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组各30例。研究组给予电子手术配合资料手册干预手术,记录两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量;记录护士手术准备时间、手术物品准备的达标率;记录两组患者手术满意度。结果:研究组护士手术准备时间少于对照组,物品准备达标率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、术中出血量多于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术满意度93.33%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论:电子手术配合资料手册能够显著提高腹腔镜胃癌手术配合效果,提高手术质量。

Objective:To study the application effect of electronic surgery combined with data book in laparoscopic gastric cancersurgery.Methods:60 patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the studygroup and the control group with 30 cases in each.The study group was given electronic surgery combined with data book forintervention operation.The operation time,intraoperatve bleeding amount of the two groups were recorded.The nurse operationpreparation time and target rate of surgical items preparation were recorded.The surgical satisfaction of two groups were recorded.Results:The nurse operation preparation time of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the target rate of itemspreparation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and intraoperatve bleeding amount of the studygroup were more than those of the control group(P<0.05).The surgical satisfaction of the study group was 93.33% ,which washigher than 76.67% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electronic surgery combined with data book can significantlyimprove the coordination effect of laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery,improve the quality of surgery.
