护理干预对老年高血压患者生活质量的影响研究

Influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension

目的:探讨护理干预改善老年高血压患者生活质量的效果。方法:收治老年高血压患者80例,采用随机数字表法,将所有患者随机分为对照组(给予常规护理干预)和观察组(给予个体化护理干预)。结果:干预后两组患者的依从性及生活质量明显改善,且观察组改善情况明显好于对照组,观察组生活质量各领域评分明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予老年高血压患者个体化护理干预能够明显提高患者治疗的依从性,有助于不断改善生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of elderly patients withhypertension.Methods:80 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the controlgroup(routine nursing intervention) and the observation group(individual nursing intervention) according to the random digitaltable.Results:After the intervention,the compliance and quality of life of the two groups patients were improved significantly,andthe improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The quality of life scores of theobservation group patients in all areas were significantly better than those of the control group,and all of those with significantdifference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individual nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance of elderlypatients with hypertension,and it is helpful to improve the quality of life.
