摘要
目的:分析护理干预对子宫肌瘤患者术后感染的影响。方法:收治行子宫肌瘤切除术患者60例,分两组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,开展护理干预,调查患者术后切口感染情况护理满意度。结果:观察组出现切口感染情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤患者术后感染因素众多,必须予以全面的护理干预,实现患者的良好康复。
Objective:To analyze influence of nursing intervention on postoperative infection of patients with uterine myoma.Methods:60 patients with myoma of uterus were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group was given routinecare.The observation group on the basis of conventional care.The nursing satisfaction was investigated.Results:The incisioninfection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:A large number ofinfection factors in patients with uterine fibroids must be a comprehensive nursing intervention to achieve good recovery ofpatients.
