针对性监管消毒供应室护理工作安全隐患的效果分析

Effect analysis of safety hidden danger of nursing work in the disinfection supply room of targeted supervision

目的:分析在针对性监管下消毒供应室护理工作的隐患问题,提出整改方案。方法:分析消毒供应室的环境、人员、管理及其设备的不安全因素,并采用针对性防范措施,分析安全防护知识知晓率及各指标达标情况。结果:实施针对性监管后,消毒供应室清洗质量、物品包装及装载、环境检测、无菌物品存放及个人防护措施合格率均高于实施前(P<0.05);工作人员的安全防护知识知晓率明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:健全、完善的规章制度及质量管理体系是确保消毒供应质量的关键,是降低医院感染率,提高医疗质量的重要手段。

Objective:To analyze the hidden problem of nursing work in the disinfection supply room under targeted supervision,to put forward the improvement plan.Methods:The unsafe factors of environment,personnel,management and equipment ofdisinfection supply room were analyzed,the targeted preventive measures were used.The awareness rate of safety protectionknowledge and the standards of each index were analyzed.Results:After the implementation of targeted supervision,the qualifiedrates of disinfection supply room cleaning quality,goods packing and loading,environment detection,aseptic goods storage andpersonal protective measures were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).The staff safety protection knowledgeawareness rate was significantly higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sound,perfect rules andregulations and quality management system is the key to ensure the disinfection supply quality,it is an important mean to reducehospital infection and improve the quality of medical treatment.
