早期康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation on limb function and activities of daily living in patients with hemiplegia after stroke

目的:探讨早期康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法:收治脑卒中偏瘫患者180例,随机分成康复组和对照组,比较两组效果。结果:治疗后,康复组Fugl-Meyer积分及Barthel指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复能够明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活能力,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on limb function and activities of daily living in patients withhemiplegia after stroke.Methods:180 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into therehabilitation group and the control group.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score andBarthel index in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Earlyrehabilitation can significantly improve the limb function and daily life ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,and improvethe quality of life of patients.
