本科生导师新型培养制度实施的现状研究——以上海体育学院武术学院为例

The Status Quo of the New Training System Implementation of Undergraduate Tutor System——Taking Wushu College of Shanghai Sports University as a Study Case

文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计法等研究方法,针对导师新型培养制度在上海体育学院武术学院本科生及导师中的实施现状进行研究。通过挖掘师生对导师制的认识水平、双方关系确立的方式、指导内容、实施效果等,系统分析导师新型培养制度实施现状产生的原因,并为导师制的完善提出针对性建议。

This paper, with the methods of literature, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, studies the status quo of the new cultivation system of undergraduates tutor system in Wushu College of Shanghai Sports University. By mining the teachers and students understanding of tutorial system level, the established relationship, guidance content, effect and so on,the paper does a systematic analysis of the causes of the new cultivation system implementation status,and puts forward the suggestion for the perfection of the tutorial system.
