趣味武术进小学体育课程的可行性分析——以江苏铜山实验小学为例

On the Feasibility of Introducing Funny Wushu into Primary School Physical Education Teaching——Taking Tongshan Experimental School of Primary in Jiangsu

武术作为中华民族优秀的传统文化之一,是唯一一个进入小学课本的民族传统体育项目,是学校体育课程重要组成部分,现在全国范围内正在逐步普及,但近些年来,武术在一些城镇小学或乡村小学开展的状况并不乐观,武术教学内容主要以初级长拳、武术健身操为主,缺乏教学内容的创新,单一的教学形式与内容已无法满足武术教学的需要,急需改进与完善武术教学内容,从而激发学生对武术的兴趣。文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法调查在江苏省小学开展武术段位制的可行性与必要性,提出武术段位制引入小学的优化策略,以期为促进武术段位制纳入小学校园提供参考依据。研究结果表明,认为武术段位制进入江苏省小学校是可行的,也是必要的。首先,根据《中国武术段位制系列教程》中武术段位制段前级课程技法简单,易于掌握,既可增强体质,又增强儿童的安全意识。"兴趣是最好的老师",而武术段位制具有"打练结合"的特点,不仅改变了传统的武术套路模式,更加活跃了课堂氛围,使学生能够积极地加入到课堂中主动习练,促进传统文化的传承和发展。

Wushu, as one of the excellent Chinese national traditional culture, is only one sport going into the primary school of Chinese traditional sports, is an important part of school physical education curriculum, now the country is gradually spread, but in recent years of Wushu development situations in some urban primary schools or primary schools in rural areas are not optimistic, Wushu teaching content mainly includes elementary boxing, Wushu fitness operation, lack of innovation in teaching content, single teaching form and content have been unable to meet the needs of Wushu teaching, need to improve the content of Wushu teaching, so as to stimulate students' interest in Wushu. This study, with the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods to investigate the primary schools in Jiangsu Province, to carry out the feasibility and necessity of Wushu Duan system teaching,and the study proposes Wushu Duan system into primary optimization strategy, in order to promote Wushu Duan system into the elementary school campus to provide a reference basis. The results show that Chinese Wushu Dan system into the province of Jiangsu primary schoold is feasible, but also necessary. First, based on a simple level techniques course stage of the "Chinese Wushu Dan system tutorial series" in Wushu Dan system, easy to master can enhance physical fitness, but also enhance the safety awareness of children. "Interest is the best teacher, and Wushu Duan system has characteristics of" practice ", can not only changed the traditional Wushu mode, form more active classroom atmosphere, to enable students to actively joining the class active practitioners, to promote the traditional culture inheritance and development.
