高校女子防身术教学中实战模拟训练研究

On the Combat Simulation Training for College Females Selfdefense Skill Teaching

高校防身术教学重技术、技能,轻实战。建议教学部分加强实战模拟训练,文章通过对实战模拟训练的解读,分析实战模拟训练的特点,根据实际教学情况提出防身术教学实战模拟训练出现的一些问题,并提出相应的解决措施,以期提高实战模拟训练的教学效果,较好完成防身术课程的教学目标,体现防身术课程的实际应用价值。

Efficient self-defense teaching pays more attentions on technology and skills, less attention on real fight. The study recommends to strengthen the teaching part of the combat simulation training. Through the interpretation of combat simulation training, analysis of the characteristics of combat simulation training, the paper proposes appropriate solutions according to the actual situation of teaching problems of combat simulation training, in order to improve teaching effectiveness of combat simulation training,help students better complete teaching objectives of self-defense course, reflect the actual value of self-defense course.
