摘要 随着摔跤运动训练体系的科学性逐步提升,运动员在比赛中攻防转换速度有着明显提高,而技战术的应用基础很大程度上依赖运动员的力量素质,故而摔跤运动员的力量训练就成为摔跤运动的重点之一。目前,国内摔跤运动员与国外运动员的主要差距就在于专项力量素质的差距较大,无法针对对手形成有效的进攻,防守也容易被对方突破,最终导致痛失桂冠。文章针对国内摔跤运动员力量训练方法进行深入的分析与探讨,以期能够为摔跤运动员的力量训练提供理论基础,也为其训练手段的提高提供更为科学有效的指导与帮助。 With the wrestling sport training system is scientifically stepping up, conversion rate of athlete defense and offense in matches has obvious increased, and the application of the technology and tactics foundation relies heavily on the athletes' power quality, so the strength training of the wrestlers would become one of the focus of wrestling sport. At present, the main gap between the internal and overseas Chinese wrestling athletes is the special power quality gap bigger, can't form effective offensive against rivals,breakthrough defense is also easy to each other, eventually lead to the loss of the title. This paper does an analysis and discussion on the domestic Chinese wrestling athlete strength training methods deeply, in order to provide theoretical basis for wrestling athlete strength training, also for the improvement of its training means and provide more scientific and effective guidance and help.
