本文分析了加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学在档案职业人才需求视角下的档案学高等教育改革,并据此提供我国档案学高等教育改革可借鉴的经验,即调整大学的档案学课程设置体系、改变对学生的技能要求、提升档案学师资来源。
