Based on the formation mechanism for the roadbed damages,the paper analyzes the principle for diseases after the widening treatment project,and illustrates the widening methods for the new and used roadbed from the steps,filling,compaction and soft-soil foundation by combining with the principle of widening roadbed projects,so as to ensure the safety operation of roads.
