Improvement of building regulations to promote the green low-carbon building and deal with climate change

介绍了气候变化带来的危害及我国颁布的应对政策,针对建筑行业对气候变化的影响,提出了相应的治理措施,并结合国外发展和推广绿色建筑的经验,提出了一系列完善我国建筑法规的建议。

This paper introduced the harms caused by climate change and the policy issued in China,according to the influence of construction industry to climate change,put forward corresponding control measures,combining with the experience of domestic and foreign development and promotion of green building,put forward a series of advice through improvement of construction regulatory.
