某县保障性住房现状的分析及思考

Analysis and thinking on an affordable housing situation

结合某县保障性住房的现状,分析了保障性住房建设中存在的一些问题,并从资金投入、管理机制、实施政策等方面,提出了几点完善保障性住房体系的建议,从而改善人民群众的居住条件。

Combining with a county housing security situation,this paper analyzed some existing problems in affordable housing construction,and from the capital investment,management mechanism,implementation policies and other aspects,put forward some suggestions to improve the affordable housing system,so as to improve the living conditions of the masses.
