简述了EPC项目承包模式的流程,并以马普托大桥工程为例,从"工可"设计、施工图设计、责任期设计三个阶段,阐述了海外EPC路桥项目的设计管理措施,并提出了一些EPC项目的管理建议。
The paper indicates the procedure for the EPC program contracting model,illustrates the design management measures for overseas EPC road and bridge programs from'Marco'design,construction map design,and design in responsible periods by taking Maputo Bridge as the example,and points out the management suggestions for some EPC programs.
