摘要
探讨了采用HSQC-TOCSY技术,并结合1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC等二维谱技术对罗汉果甜苷V(Mogroside V)的13C、1H化学位移进行归属的方法。结合1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC等二维谱技术,HSQC-TOCSY技术可以方便快捷地对罗汉果甜苷类化合物的13C、1H化学位移进行明确归属。
Combined with H-H cosy, HSQC, HMBC two-dimensional spectrum technology, HSQC-TOCSY technology were used to explore the 13C and 1H chemical shifts of the mogroside V. The 13C, 1H chemical shifts of mogrosides had clear attribution by HSQCTOCSY technology, two-dimensional H-H COSY, HSQC and HMBC spectrum technology.
