摘要
区域教育质量监测增值评价是在控制区域内学校生源、外部环境、学生家长等因素的前提下,对学校经过一段时间发展达到评价指标程度或管理效果的考量。通过同步问卷调查与测试相结合的试卷命制,关注起点、过程及终点的长期跟踪评价,以及评价结果的呈现、反馈及使用,让评价更好地为区域教育、学校教学、学生成长服务,实现了增值评价与教学管理的深度融合。
Value-added assessment of regional education quality monitoring refers to the consideration ofindex degree or administrative efficiency which has been achieved after a period of school development underthe preconditions of controlling such factors as sources of students, external environment, students and parents.By combining synchronous questionnaires and examining contents, educators focus on the long-term trackingassessment of starting points, process, and finishing points. Meanwhile, emphasis on presentation, feedback anduse of the assessment results better serves regional education, instruction and student growth, realizing the goalof deep integration between value-added assessment and teaching administration.
