摘要
在完成聘任到毕业前这一阶段是入职教师专业成长的关键过渡期,是连接职前教育与职后发展的重要桥梁,这一时期实践性知识的形成既是其专业发展的重要表征,又对其职后教育教学生涯起到至关重要的作用。文章通过对入职教师来源及质量、实践性知识、职前教育等专业发展的现状进行梳理与反思,以实践性知识的形成为主旨,以聘任学校为中心,以导师制实践共同体为载体,针对入职教师的专业发展路径进行了有益探索。
The period between engagement and pre-graduation is the key transition for initial teacherprofessional development, also the main bridge between pre-service education and post-service development.This paper summarizes and reflects on the current situation of initial teachers’ sources and quality, practicalknowledge, and pre-service education to make salutary exploration of the path for teacher professionaldevelopment, with the main aim of formation of practical knowledge, the engaging school as the center, and tutorsystem practicing community as the vehicle.
