股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的手术治疗

Surgical Treatment of Femoral Shaft Fractures with Ipsilateral Femoral Neck Fractures

目的：探析股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的手术治疗。方法：选择23例股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：随访1～5年，本组的23例患者中，术后15～31周愈合22例，占95.65%，其余1例术后1年愈合，占4.35%，没有出现股骨头坏死的病例。结论：手术治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的效果理想，可做为临床治疗首选。

Objective: To analyze merger ipsilateral femoral fractures of femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods:23 casesof femoral fractures merger ipsilateral femoral neck fracture patients as the research object,the clinical data were retrospectivelyanalyzed.Results:Followed up for 1 to 5 years,this group of 23 cases of patients,15 to 31 weeks postoperative healing 22cases,accounted for 95.65%,the rest of the healing,1 case of postoperative 1 year (4.35%),femoral head necrosis,no 1 patients wererecovered.Conclusion:Clinical merger ipsilateral femoral neck fracture to femoral fractures in patients with surgical treatmenteffect is remarkable.
