微波热凝治疗牙龈异常出血疗效评估报道

Efficacy Evaluation of Microwave Coagulation Therapy in the Treatment of Abnormal Gingival Bleeding

目的:探究微波热凝在治疗牙龈异常出血中的临床疗效。方法:选择牙龈异常出血87例,给予患者微波热凝技术治疗,对治疗效果进行分析。结果:87例患者中显效和有效人数有80例,总有效率为91.9%,整体疗效明显,其中7例首治无效,有局部感染,经两次以上的恢复治疗后,均治疗成功。结论:对牙龈异常出血的患者采用微波热凝术进行治疗,其效果比较明显。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of microwave coagulation in the treatment of abnormal bleeding gums.Methods:87 cases of abnormal gingival bleeding were treated by microwave coagulation technology,and the treatment effectwas analyzed.Results:87 cases of patients with effective and effective number of 80 cases,the total effective rate was 91.9%,theoverall effect was obvious,of which 7 cases were ineffective,there were local infection,after more than two recovery treatment,alltreatment success.Conclusion:The patients with abnormal bleeding gums were treated by microwave coagulation therapy,and theeffect was obvious.
