不同剂量紫杉醇联合奈达铂应用于Ⅰb～Ⅱb期宫颈癌治疗的临床疗效对比

Clinical Curative Effect of Different Doses of Paclitaxel plus Cisplatin Used in Treatment of Ⅰb～Ⅱb Stage Cervical Cancer

目的：不同剂量紫杉醇联合奈达铂应用于Ⅰb～Ⅱb期宫颈癌治疗的临床疗效对比。方法：以2012年4月到2015年4月，在我院治疗的临床资料及基本资料完整的宫颈癌患者140例作为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组。比较两组根据不同的方式治疗后的临床疗效及安全性。结果：对照组出现胃肠道反应、血小板减少、神经毒性反应、肾损害比例依次为4.28%、5.71%、8.57%、7.14%，研究组出现胃肠道反应、血小板减少、神经毒性反应、肾损害比例依次为7.14%、14.28%、18.57%、11.42%。其差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗总有效为88.57%，对照组治疗总有效为，64.28%。结论：采用紫杉醇135mg/m2联合奈达铂对宫颈癌患者进行治疗的临床效果较好，患者出现的不良反应较低，但本文结论只是代表本次研究效果，对于远期疗效需要加大规范进行进一步研究。

Objective: To study the clinical curative effect contrast of different doses of paclitaxel combined withnedaplatin for B I ~ II stage B cervical cancer treatment.Methods:In April 2012 to April 2012,the clinical data of treatment inour hospital and basic data of 140 patients with complete cervical cancer as the research object,according to different dividedinto control group and treatment group.Comparing the two groups after treatment according to different ways of clinical efficacyand safety.Results:According to the group in the gastrointestinal tract reaction,thrombocytopenia,neurotoxicity,renal damageratio is 4.28%,5.71%,8.57%,5.71%,the team in the gastrointestinal tract reaction,thrombocytopenia,neurotoxicity,renal damageratio is 7.14%,14.28%,18.57%,14.28%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Treatment group total effective88.57%,control group total effective treatment,64.28%.Conclusion:Using paclitaxel nida,135 mg/m2 in combination with cisplatinin patients with cervical cancer clinical treatment effect is good,the adverse reaction of patients is low,but this article conclusionjust represent the study effect,for the long-term curative effect need more specification for further research.
