布地奈德联合特布他林治疗小儿过敏性支气管炎疗效评估

Effect Evaluation of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline in Treatment of Infantile Allergic Bronchitis

目的:对布地奈德联合特布他林在小儿过敏性支气管炎患者中的治疗效果进行评估。方法:抽选70例过敏性支气管炎患儿,将患儿随机平行分为观察组和对照组,患儿分别采用布地奈德联合特布他林与布地奈德进行治疗,比较患儿治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿疗效评估有效率为91.4%,明显高于对照组的62.9%,比较存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:布地奈德联合特布他林在小儿过敏性支气管炎患者中的疗效更为理想。

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline in treatment ofpediatric allergic bronchitis.Methods:Decimation in 70 patients with allergic bronchitis in children,children were randomlydevided into the observation group and the control group,children were treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline,andbudesonide treatment,compared children with therapeutic effect.Results:The efficacy evaluation of the observation group was91.4%,significantly higher than that of the control group of 62.9%,there were significant differences,P<0.05.Conclusion:Curativeeffect of budesonide combined with terbutaline in pediatric allergic bronchitis were more ideal.
