糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压控制方式分析

Blood Pressure Control Mode Analysis of Patients with Diabetes and High Blood Pressure

目的:探讨糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床控制方式。方法:按照随机数字法将我院接诊的糖尿病合并高血压患者80例分为2组,各40例,入选对象均有完整临床资料,自愿配合本次研究。氯沙坦组采取氯沙坦钾片治疗,依那普利组采取盐酸依那普利片治疗,比较效果。结果:氯沙坦组总有效率、治疗后血压、血糖稍优于依那普利组,但比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);氯沙坦组头晕、体位性低血压发生率更高(P<0.05),而依那普利组肌肉痛性痉挛与腹泻发生率更高(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并高血压患者实施氯沙坦钾片与盐酸依那普利片治疗均有不错的血压控制效果,但氯沙坦钾片稍优。

Objective: To investigate the diabetes and hypertension in patients with blood pressure control methodin order to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:The method in accordance with a random number of hospitaladmissions of 80 patients with diabetes and hypertension were divided into two groups,40 cases,selected objects are completeclinical data voluntarily with the study.Losartan group taking losartan potassium tablets in the treatment,taking enalaprilhydrochloride tablets in the treatment,comparative effectiveness enalapril group.Results:The total efficiency of losartangroup after treatment,blood pressure,blood sugar is slightly better than enalapril group,but no significant difference (P>0.05); higher losartan dizziness,orthostatic hypotension incidence (P<0.05),while the enalapril group higher Plymouth musclecramps and diarrhea incidence (P<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetes and high blood pressure for patients with losartan potassiumtablets and hydrochloric acid enalapril treatment have good blood pressure control effects,but slightly better losartan potassiumtablets,worth learning from.
