中医活血化瘀方治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的效果评估

Effect of Chinese Medicine Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Stasis in Treatment of Retinal Vein Occlusion

目的：研究视网膜静脉阻塞（RVO）应用中医活血化瘀法治疗的临床效果。方法：纳入2014年1月～2015年12月间，我院门诊就诊RVO患者60例（64眼）作为研究对象，按照数字随机法分为两组：观察组29例（32眼）采用中医活血化瘀药物分期治疗，对照组31例（32眼）采用迈之灵治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：观察组CRVO、BRVO、全组总有效率依次为78.57%、94．44%、87.50%，对照组依次为60.00%、64.71%、65.63%，观察组均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组的视力均明显提高，且观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中医活血化瘀疗法能够改善RVO患者的视力水平，提高临床疗效。

Objective: To study the clinical effects of Chinese medicine promoting blood circulation and removingstasis in treatment of retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Methods:60 patients (64 eyes) in our hospital between January 2014 toDecember 2015 were collected,according to figures randomly divided into two groups:observation group,29 cases (32) receivedChinese medicine promoting blood circulation and removing stasis treatment,control group 31 cases (32) received Maizhilingtreatment,compared to the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of CRVO,BRVO and the whole group in observationgroup were 78.57%,94.44%,87.50%,in the control group were 60.00%,64.71%,65.63%,the observation group were significantlyhigher (P<0.05); After treatment,the visual acuity improved significantly in both group,and the observation group wassignificantly higher (P<.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine promoting blood circulation and removing stasis in treatment ofRVO can improve visual acuity and clinical efficacy of patients.
