臭氧联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮的疗效观察

Efficacy of Ozone joint MEBO Ointment in the Treatment of Pressure Ulcers

目的:探讨压疮患者采用臭氧联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗临床疗效。方法:II^IV期压疮患者96例随机分为两组,对照组实施常规清创处理,并采用抗菌敷料填塞及换药处理;观察组在清创后采用臭氧联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗。统计两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组II期、III期、IV期压疮患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:应用臭氧联合美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗II^IV期压疮患者可有效促进肉芽生长,缩短创面愈合,从而提高临床效果。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of ozone combined with MEBO ointment in treating patientswith pressure ulcers.Methods:The random number table in our hospital 96 cases of II ~ IV pressure ulcer patients grouped as thecontrol group and the observation group,48 cases each.The implementation of the control group conventional debridement,and theuse of antimicrobial dressings packing and dressing process; observation group after debridement ozone joint MEBO ointmenttreatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistics,the growth of granulation time and pressure ulcer healing time.Results:Observation group stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ stage,Ⅲ clinical treatment of pressure ulcers in patients with total effective rate wassignificantly higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Application of ozone Joint MEBO in II ~ IV pressure ulcer patients can effectivelypromote the growth of granulation,shortening wound healing,thereby enhancing clinical results.
