心理干预应用于甲亢患者临床治疗中的效果分析

Psychological Intervention Nursing Care for Patients with Hyperthyroidism

目的:探讨分析对甲亢患者采用常规护理合并心理护理干预后的临床效果。方法:选取2013年11月至2015年11月在我院就诊的120例甲状腺功能亢进患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组60人,治疗期间,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理干预基础上,实施心理干预护理,比较两组患者治疗后的临床治疗效果及并发症的发生情况。结果:经过不同护理干预后,实施干预护理后观察组评分有明显升高(t=8.95,P<0.05)。结论:甲亢患者采用常规护理合并心理护理干预后,可有效缓解患者敏感、抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪,显著提高护理效果,患者生活质量明显提高。

Objective: To investigate and analyze clinical efficacy of conventional care combined with psychologicalcare in hyperthyroid patients.Methods:120 hyperthyroidism patients selected from our hospital between November 2013and November 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group weregiven conventional nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group received conventional care and psychologicalintervention care.The incidence of complications and clinical outcomes in the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:The positive rate of screening in the the scores were obviously increased in the observation group after intervention(t=8.95,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined intervention of conventional care and psychological care intervention can relievethe sensitivity,depression,anxiety and other negative emotions,significantly improve care outcome,and obviously improve thequality of life in hyperthyroidism patients.
