摘要
目的:分析特殊使用抗菌药物的药学干预方法,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性分析本院2015年1月到2016年1月期间所使用的特殊抗菌药物用药数据以及特殊抗菌药物的申请单。通过针对性的药学干预,将干预前与干预后的申请单的具体变化情况进行对比。结果:特殊抗菌药物应用频率依次为第4代头孢菌素、碳青霉烯类、第3代头孢菌素,而重症监护室、呼吸内科为特殊使用抗菌类药物最多的科室。经药学干预之后,特殊使用抗菌药物的使用数量显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药学干预策略能够提升特殊使用抗菌药物的规范化程度,降低用药频率,是减少细菌耐药性的有效方式。
Objective: To provide reference for clinical rational drug use by analyzing the pharmaceutical interventionmethods for the special use of antibacterial agents.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from Jan 2015 toJan 2016 during the use of specific antimicrobial drug use data and special application of antimicrobial drugs.Throughtargeted pharmaceutical intervention,intervention before and after the intervention of the application of specific changes.Results:Specific antimicrobial application frequency for the 4th generation cephalosporins,penicillium carbon alkene,thirdgenerationcephalosporins,and intensive care,respiratory medicine for special use of antimicrobial drugs most departments.Aftera pharmaceutical intervention,dramatic decline in the number of the use of special use of antimicrobial agents contrast there isstatistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharmaceutical intervention strategy to enhance the special specificationdegree of use of antimicrobial agents,reduce the frequency of the special use of antimicrobial agents,is an effective way to reducethe bacterial drug resistance.
