“互联网+”背景下企业内部控制思考被引量：4

摘要 2015年3月,在全国两会上全国人大代表马化腾提交了《关于以"互联网+"为驱动,推进我国经济社会创新发展的建议》的议案,表达了对新时期新经济创新的建议和看法。他表示,"互联网+"是指结合互联网这个自由方便的平台和信息通信技术,把互联网和传统行业在内的各行各业有机地融合,他希望这种战略能成为国家战略。本文研究"互联网+"背景下的企业内部控制,从其发展现状、影响和措施出发,重点强调"互联网+"对内部控制的重要性,以引起对内部控制的重视和改进,实现质的飞跃。
