针对烟叶打捆机的自动化程度和安全性不高的问题,对生产工艺和系统控制等进行了研究,开发了基于PLC作为控制器对系统各个环节进行控制的方法,通过编程实现了控制系统要求的功能。通过实际应用表明,该系统能完整实现系统所要求的功能。

Aiming at the low degree of the automation degree and security of the bind control system, the system technologyprocedures and the required functions. A method was presented that used PLC as the controller to control all aspects of the system,logic program was used to accomplish he required functions of the control system. The results indicate that the functionality of thesystem can be fully realized.
