中心城周边轨道交通枢纽交通保障研究

以中心城周边的轨道交通枢纽站为研究对象,研究了中心城周边轨道交通枢纽站在枢纽设计、枢纽组织管理、换乘交通分担模式、交通环境等方面的特殊性,从规划建设阶段、运营阶段分别研究了交通保障措施,提出应系统性地对枢纽进行规划设计,功能布局上满足交通功能要求,以人为本,公交优先,主客流优先,换乘应流线清晰、安全便捷。运营阶段应从布局及交通组织衔接优化、交通设施完善、安全管理、执法及宣传教育、综合型枢纽服务、多部门协调及应急等六方面进行综合性的组织和管控。

With the rail transit hub station surrounding central city as the research object, the paper studied the hub design, organization management, traffic transfer sharing mode, traffic environment and other aspects of the particularity, studied traffic safeguard measures from planning and construction stage, operation stage, puts forward a systematic planning design, which people oriented, bus and main passenger flow priority, clear transfer, safe and convenient, can meet the traffic requirements in function layout. The comprehensive arrangement and management in operational phase should be taken from six aspects such as layout and traffic organization optimization, Improvement of traffic facilities,safe management, Law enforcement and publicity and education, Integrated hub service, multi sectoral coordination and emergency services.
