摘要
该文以上海大都市区为例,采用基于空间相互作用的可达性分析方法,对城市交通需求和供给的空间分布特征进行等级划分,并以此为主要依据确定宏观层面的交通策略分区,在此基础上提出相应的交通引导策略和土地使用反馈模式。以宏观交通分区为基础制定区域差异化交通发展引导策略,将有效促进交通战略目标的实现,提高交通规划和管理工作的可操作性。
Transportation strategy division is the basis of constructing regional differentiation policy and rational allocation of resources in big cities. Taking Shanghai metropolitan area as example, based on the accessibility of spatial interaction analysis method, the paper divided classification of urban traffic demand and supply spatial distribution characteristics, and used it as the main basis to determine the macroscopic traffic partitioning strategy, then proposed the traffic guide strategy and land use feedback mode. Based on the macroscopic traffic zone, the development strategy of regional differentiated traffic development will effectively promote the realization of the strategic objectives, and improve the operability of the traffic planning and management.
