脑动脉瘤的治疗及临床效果分析与评定

Analysis and evaluation of the treatment and clinical effect of cerebral aneurysm

目的:探讨脑动脉瘤的治疗方法及临床效果。方法:收治脑动脉瘤患者24例,给予显微镜下动脉瘤夹闭术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:24例患者中,手术中动脉瘤破裂1例,治愈19例,脑梗死1例,轻度偏瘫2例,昏迷2例。结论:显微镜下动脉瘤夹闭术治疗脑动脉瘤的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic methods and clinical effect of cerebral aneurysm.Methods:24 cases ofpatients with cerebral aneurysm were treated with microscopic aneurysm clipping and the treatment effect was observed.Results:Among 24 cases of patients,1 case had rupture of aneurysm during the operation;19 cases were cured;1 case had cerebralinfarction;2 cases had mild hemiplegia;2 cases had coma.Conclusion:Microscopic aneurysm clipping in the treatment of cerebralaneurysms had significant clinical effect.
