金属钛夹治疗消化道活动性出血的应用体会

Application of metal titanium clip in the treatment of active hemorrhage of digestive tract

目的:探讨金属钛夹治疗消化道活动性出血的临床效果。方法:收治消化道活动性出血患者31例,采用金属钛夹对出血病灶进行夹闭,观察止血效果。结果:31例患者中,30例治愈,1例发生再出血,1例钛夹残留。结论:金属钛夹治疗消化道活动性出血的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of metal titanium clip in the treatment of active hemorrhage of digestive tract.Methods:31 patients with active bleeding of digestive tract were selected.They were treated with metal titanium clip to clamp thebleeding lesion.We observed the effect of hemostasis.Results:Among 31 cases,30 cases were cured;1 case had re-bleeding;1 casehad residual titanium clips.Conclusion:The clinical effect of metal titanium clip in the treatment of active hemorrhage of digestivetract was significant.
