心脏临时起搏器在缓慢型心律失常患者围术期应用的临床分析

Clinical analysis of temporary cardiac pacemaker applied in patients with bradyarrhythmia in perioperative period

目的:探讨心脏临时起搏器在缓慢型心律失常患者围术期的应用及效果。方法:收治缓慢型心律失常患者66例,手术前植入心脏临时起搏器,观察起搏效果及并发症情况。结果:66例患者术中、术后起搏器起搏、感知功能均正常,即刻起搏成功率100%。术后无并发症发生,所有患者均顺利度过围术期。结论:缓慢型心律失常患者围手术期植入心脏临时起搏器,可有效帮助患者度过危险期。

Objective:To investigate the application and effect of temporary cardiac pacemaker in patients with bradyarrhythmiain perioperative period.Methods:66 cases of patients with bradyarrhythmia were treated with implantation of temporary cardiacpacemaker before operation and the pacing effect and complications were observed.Results:66 cases of patients had normalintraoperative and postoperative pacemaker pacing,perceptual function,and the success rate of immediate pacemaker was 100%.No postoperative complications occurred and all patients passed the perioperative period smoothly.Conclusion:The implantation oftemporary cardiac pacemaker for patients with bradyarrhythmia in perioperative period could help the patients to pass the riskperiod effectively.
