非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压的应用效果评估

Evaluation of application effect of felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of hypertension in community

目的:探讨非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压的效果。方法:收治社区高血压患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组联合使用非洛地平缓释片。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压疗效更佳,且不良反应少,用药安全、可靠。

Objective:To investigate the effect of felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of hypertension incommunity.Methods:50 community hypertension patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group andthe observation group with 25 cases in each group.The control group received the routine treatment.The observation group used acombination of felodipine sustained release tablets.Results:The total effective rate of observation group after the treatment wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment ofcommunity hypertension has better efficacy,less adverse reactions and drug safety.
