匹多莫德治疗儿科呼吸系统反复感染的疗效观察及其治疗体会

Clinical effect observation and treatment experience of pidotimod in the treatment of recurrent pediatric respiratory system infection

目的:探讨匹多莫德治疗儿科呼吸道反复感染的临床疗效。方法:收治儿科呼吸道反复感染患儿80例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规临床治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予匹多莫德治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床症状、体征消失时间明显短于对照组,感染次数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:匹多莫德治疗儿科呼吸道反复感染的临床疗效显著,可有效减轻患儿的临床症状。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pidotimod in the treatment of recurrent pediatric respiratory systeminfection.Methods:80 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were divided into two groups randomly.The controlgroup was given routine clinical treatment.The research group was given pidotimod based on the control group.The clinical effectof the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs inthe research group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the number of infection was significantly less than thatof the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pidotimod in the treatment of recurrentpediatric respiratory system infection had significant clinical effect,which could reduce the clinical symptoms of childreneffectively.
