鼻内镜下经口腺样体切除术对儿童不伴鼻息肉鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of nasal endoscopic transoral adenoidectomy in the treatment of children with rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps

目的:探讨鼻内镜下经口腺样体切除术对儿童不伴鼻息肉鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:收治儿童不伴鼻息肉鼻-鼻窦炎患者72例,随机分为手术组与对照组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,手术组鼻塞症状评分和鼻内镜评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下经口腺样体切除术对儿童不伴鼻息肉鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic transoral adenoidectomy in the treatment of children withrhinosinusitis without nasal polyps.Methods:72 patients of children with rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps were selected.Theywere randomly divided into the surgery group and the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:Aftertreatment,in the surgery group,nasal congestion symptoms score and nasal endoscopic score were significantly better than thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of nasal endoscopic transoral adenoidectomy in the treatment of childrenwith rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps was significant.
