翼状胬肉切除与自体角膜缘干细胞移植术结合治疗翼状胬肉的疗效探析

Investigation on the efficacy of pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium

目的:探析翼状胬肉切除与自体角膜缘干细胞移植术结合治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:将翼状胬肉患者78例随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯翼状胬肉切除术治疗,观察组采用翼状胬肉切除与自体角膜缘干细胞移植术结合治疗,观察两组治疗效果、角膜上皮修复时间、手术切口恢复时间、并发症发生情况。结果:术后观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,观察组角膜上皮修复时间、手术切口恢复时间均比对照组缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉切除与自体角膜缘干细胞移植术结合治疗翼状胬肉的疗效确切,恢复快,复发率低。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbal stem celltransplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods:78 patients with pterygium were randomly divided into the two groups.Thecontrol group was treated with simple pterygium excision,and the observation group was treated with pterygium excision combinedwith autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation.The therapeutic effect of the two groups,the time of corneal epithelialrepair,the recovery time of operation incision,the occurrence of complications were observed.Results:After operation,the cure rateof the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the recurrence rate was lower than that of thecontrol group;the corneal epithelial repair time,recovery time of operative incision of the observation group were shorter than thecontrol group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pterygium excision combined with autologouscorneal limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium is effective,with rapid recovery and low recurrence rate.
