自拟咽痛汤治疗咽痛型急性支气管炎80例疗效观察

Clinical observation of self-made Yan Tong decoction in the treatment of acute bronchitis in 80 cases

目的:探讨自拟咽痛汤治疗咽痛型急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:收治急性支气管炎患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规治疗和常规综合治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用自拟咽痛汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在治疗组,临床疗效和总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟咽痛汤治疗咽痛型急性支气管炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Yan Tong decoction in the treatment of acute bronchitis with sorethroat type.Methods:80 patients with acute bronchitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and thetreatment group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and routine comprehensive treatment.The treatmentgroup was treated with self-made Yan Tong decoction on the basis of the conventional therapy.We compared the therapeuticeffect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the clinical efficacy and total effective rate were significantly better than thoseof the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of self-made Yan Tong decoction in the treatment of acute bronchitiswith sore throat type was significant.
