摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT重建技术对于胸部占位穿刺活检的应用价值。方法:收治胸部占位患者41例;16排螺旋CT(MPR)导向下分别对41例胸部占位行穿刺活检术。结果:穿刺成功率95.12%,肺恶性肿瘤23例,纵隔恶性肿瘤3例,结节病2例,胸膜间皮瘤3例,结核球5例,错构瘤3例。结论:螺旋CT导向下(MPR技术)可以提高穿刺成功率,特别是纵隔占位,其并发症少。
Objective:To investigate the application value of spiral CT reconstruction technique for puncture biopsy of chest spaceoccupying.Methods:41 patients with chest space occupying were selected.16 slice spiral CT(MPR)guided percutaneous biopsy of41 cases of chest space occupying.Results:The puncture success rate was 95.12% ,lung malignant tumor in 23 cases,3 cases ofmediastinal malignant tumors,2 cases of sarcoidosis,3 cases of pleural mesothelioma,5 cases of tuberculoma,3 cases of hamartoma.Conclusion:Spiral CT guided(MPR Technology)can improve the success rate of puncture,especially mediastinal mass,with fewercomplications.
