探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺癌术后随诊中的价值

Investigation of the value of color doppler ultrasound in the follow up of thyroid carcinoma after operation

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺癌术后随诊中的价值。方法:收治甲状腺癌患者48例,分析其彩色多普勒超声声像图特点。结果:乳头状癌43例(89.5%),术后复发6例。27例术后残余甲状腺呈粗糙、不均匀低回声。结论:彩色多普勒超声是乳头状甲状腺癌复发后的首选诊断方法。若可疑病变诊断有困难,应给予甲状腺球蛋白检测和超声引导细针穿刺。

Objective:To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasound in the follow up of thyroid carcinoma after operation.Methods:48 cases of patients with thyroid carcinoma were treated and the characteristics of color doppler ultrasound wereanalyzed.Results:43 cases had papillary carcinoma (89.5%) and 6 cases had postoperative recurrence.The postoperative residualthyroid in 27 cases had rough and uneven low echo.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound was the first choice for the diagnosis ofpapillary thyroid carcinoma after recurrence.If the diagnosis of suspicious lesions was difficult,it should be given the thyroidglobulin test and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration.
