每日评估对乳腺癌根治术患者围手术期的影响

Effect of daily evaluation on perioperative period of patients with radical mastectomy

目的:探讨每日评估对乳腺癌根治术患者围手术期的影响。方法:收治乳腺癌根治术患者64例,分为两组。对照组给予常规临床护理,观察组给予每日评估护理体系,比较两组焦虑抑郁评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组焦虑抑郁评分、不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:每日评估可降低乳腺癌根治术围手术期患者的不良反应发生率及缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective:To investigate the effect of daily evaluation on perioperative period of patients with radical mastectomy.Methods:64 cases of patients with radical mastectomy were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine clinicalnursing,and the observation group was given daily evaluation nursing system.The anxiety and depression scores,incidence ofadverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The anxiety and depression scores,incidence of adverse reactions inthe observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Daily evaluation could reduce the adverse reactions,anxiety and depression of patients with with radicalmastectomy during perioperative period.
