延续护理对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能状况影响的Meta分析

Meta analysis of the effect of continuous nursing on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure

目的:以Meta分析方式探索延续护理对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能的状况影响。方法:收集冠心病心力衰竭患者80例的病案资料,检索其他参考文献中有关延续护理对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能状况的影响结论,进行Meta分析。结果:80例患者在延续护理下心功能状况良好,其他病案资料对延续护理在冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能状况影响较统一,二者合并特异度分别为0.74、0.83。结论:延续护理可改善冠心病心理衰竭患者心功能的状况。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease andheart failure by Meta analysis.Methods:The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure werecollected,and the effect of continuous nursing on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure wereretrieved and analyzed by Meta.Results:The cardiac function of 80 cases of patients with continuous nursing was good.The effectof continuous nursing on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure in other medical records weremore uniform.The combined specific degrees were 0.74 and 0.83 respectively.Conclusion:Continuous nursing could improve thecardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
