品管圈工作模式在ICU人工气道护理中的应用

Application of quality control circle working mode in ICU artificial airway nursing

目的:探讨品管圈在重症加强护理病房(ICU)人工气道护理中的应用效果。方法:收治ICU手术患者100例,分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予品管圈护理模式护理,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组患者的护理方案的合格率。结果:观察组清洁度合格率、舒适度合格率、床头抬高率均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:品管圈结合人工气道护理能够提高ICU患者通气有效率,推广品管圈护理模式具有广泛性意义。

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle in intensive care unit artificial airway nursing.Methods:100 patients with ICU operation were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with50 cases in each.The observation group was given quality control circle nursing mode.The control group was given routine nursingintervention.The qualified rates of the nursing program were compared between groups.Results:The cleanliness qualified rate,thecomfort qualified rate,the bed head elevation rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Quality control circle combined with artificial airway nursing can improve the ventilation effective rate of patients withICU.The promotion of quality control circle nursing mode has a wide range of significance.
